Great Phone, but Short Battery Charge December 30, 2008

I had used a Rumor LG before getting a Samsung Instinct M800, the Rumor left a lot to be desired as with the functions of email and web browser. The Instinct however, is GREAT for these functions- quick page load and magnifiable viewing, touch screen scrolling navigation and field text entry. Unlike the Rumor LG, the Instinct allows one to view many web videos, such as YouTube, which is nice...
Other great features are:
*Navigation where you can find the cheapest gas, a nearby motel, a variety of restaurants and many other features and get turn by turn voice directions
*A great voicemail system that allows the user to archive received messages and click to listen by name or number instead of having to listen/skip through your whole box
*News,Sports and Weather are great little time wasters that allow you to read top news stories ( no wonder newspaper circulation is down) follow your local teams ( they also have a great NFL wild card race feature) and stay up to date on the weather in more locations than you could possibly care about.
*Live Search- I've only used this once, but by holding a button and saying "furniture" I was given a list of local furniture stores as well as the option of the turn by turn voice navigation.Amazing to me, definitely.
I love this phone but have one gripe that could probably be patched by Sprint or even an aftermarket product. The battery does not last long. When I received my phone, the package comes with 2 batteries and a charging/carrying case, which is nice, but it's another thing to carry and/or lose and who really wants to change batteries at all anyway? It would be great if a longer lasting battery would come available, because this phone really sucks through them, particularly with the web function.
Sprint- PLEASE make a longer lasting battery available for this phone and you have an A+ product I can't imagine I would ever need to upgrade!
