Good value for your money January 6, 2009 €ricket (Seattle, Wa) I was excited to pick this dock up at a great price on a recent Lightning Deal. I had wanted one for a long time, but never took the plunge because of the cost. This one is perfect for someone just looking for a basic no frills dock with decent sound. Out of the box I had it playing my iPod (5.5 Gen) in less than 5 minutes. The sound is better than I had expected, but it's definitely still a lower end model so don't expect BOSE quality. It does have an EQ button so I tend to play with that to get the best sound out of whatever style of music I am listening to. It's also nice that it's small enough to be portable within my home. I take it from living room, to kitchen to bathroom and that it where I take advantage of the included remote while soaking in the tub. Overall, I would recommend this as a good basic/starter dock for under $40.
Great Value December 27, 2008 SrIeLbEeNlT (CA, US) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
This speaker set is a great value for the price. It can fit really nicely on a bedside table or shelf. It comes with a lot of trays so it can fit almost any iPod, except for the Shuffle and the iPhone, I believe. The back light on the clock is kind of bright, but it dims when not in use. You can also just cover the back of it (where the LEDs show- the brightest part) if it bothers you. In case of a power outage there is a back up battery compartment so the clock doesn't lose the time- but the speakers will not work on batteries. The remote it comes with is quite small and a bit finicky- you have to press a certain part of the button or else it won't work, and it doesn't respond right away, so scrolling through many artists is a bit of a hassle. This is a great set of speakers for the price, making it a great value.
Very Slick & Practical October 29, 2008 S. Torrance (Arlington, TX United States) 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
I bought this for myself to use at work, for my iPod, and was very pleased with the size and how it sounded. I especially liked the style, it's rather cute. Not sure about the EQ button, but the remote is a blast to use. My supervisor even wanted one. It comes with brackets to fit different sizes of iPods. I was quite impressed. It's worth the money.

Nice unit, sounds & looks good for the money. Can`t read the clock because of the light above it (glare) Other than that, i`m enjoying it. Love the remote, after i got used to it. BUY IT !!

Great product, bought it for my 11 year old niece. First one the speakers did not work but amazon.com mailed the second one out and provided shipping labels for return. Very easy and great to work with. My niece loves the stereo.
