This product is quite unreliable and does not work well.
For instance, it took several minutes to set the clock because buttons did not work when pressed. This is my second radio purchased from this company and I can only lament their poor quality and urge customers to stick with the better name brands.

I really had high hopes for my first HD radio. Well, this just isn't working out. There are few channels that come in. The plug is always lose in the back, causing it to change pre-sets to factory. The time keeps starting back at 12:00, so the time and alarm is never correct. Have worked with the company to get a replacement.... still waiting.
