The R-Speaker actually charges your iPod while it's docked, and removable dock adapters are included to fit all docking iPod models. Headsets are no longer necessary: With aluminum cone speakers, subwoofer, and high-quality amplifier built-in, you can truly enjoy your music while you work or play. An AC/DC adapter is included and system also works with four AAA cell batteries (not included). The auxiliary input connects to any other external audio player so you can enjoy incredible sound at 50-watt peak and 10-watt RMS output power. Songs purchased from iTunes, songs in Sony ATRAC format, or songs purchased from some online music retailers cannot be played. To enable playback, it may be possible to convert your music to one of the playable compressed formats, or burn it to an audio CD, depending on the DRM restrictions.
