Instead of the Griffin Elan Leather Flip-Top Case for iPod that I ordered back in February, I received a clear plastic hard shell case for an iPod. NOT what I ordered!!!
I returned this item at the beginning of March. It is now May 4, and my credit card has STILL NOT BEEN CREDITED for the return! I emailed Amazon Returns a week ago, but still NO REPLY!!! This is pathetically lousy service!!! You leave me no choice but to file a dispute with my credit card company!!!
I tried rating this 0 stars, but it wouldn't let me so I had to click on one star, but it's hard to review an item that I didn't receive!
