Living in south Florida I spend a lot of time in, around, and under water. I also need music to accompany me on my adventures. I found this Otterbox Waterproof case to be the perfect protection for my iPod. I literally have no fear that the iPod will be destroyed or damaged by water - which would definetely ruin my day. The case is easy to place your iPod into and out of in the event that you need to carry your tunes in different configurations. The flywheel access is simple and smooth and the window remains clear to see your selections or watch movies and videos.
If you are a water enthusiest who needs their soundtrack this is a must have item for you.

Otter box cases are just as advertised. Sat in the ocean several times and on the beach. I even dropped it in the water by accident. Not even a piece sand got in the case. Highly recommend these cases for your Ipod.

I bought this case so I could use my iPod Classic 6G on the beach and not have to worry about sand or water scratching or ruining it. It did that just fine. I don't know if I would go swimming with my iPod, but I did feel better with this tough (albeit bulky) case.
The membrane works great too, very easy to turn the clickwheel.
